Desk notes
Lane note: this is a scholarship/fellowship, not an industry role, so it is tagged A-fellowship/Scholarships; the editor should drop it if A2 also files it. Announcement 'Fresh Applications Open for AY 2026-27' dated 16 Oct 2026 on the official portal (built by BISAG-N for MeitY). The UG needs an institute endorsement letter. Use https://fellowship.indiaai.gov.in/login: the bare domain redirects to plain http and times out.
