Desk notes

Quote from the 'Post Graduate Studies (Merit Based Scheme) by UGC' block on NSP (opened 16 Sep 2026). Guideline: scholarships.gov.in/public/schemeGuidelines/Guidelines_NATIONAL_SCHOLARSHIP_FOR_POSTGRADUATE_STUDIES_UGC_2324.pdf (2023-24 edition). The 'only one benefit' clause matters for IIT M.Tech students on the MoE stipend. A good replacement for the dead Reliance PG row. NSP extended student applications from 31-10-2026 to 30-11-2026 (seen 31 Oct 2026); institute verification now to 15-12-2026.
