Wool-blend body (60% wool, 40% polyester) with ribbed knit trim on collar, cuffs, and hem. Classic varsity cut — slightly boxy, with a snap-button front. The sleeves are synthetic PU for structure. Spot-clean or dry-clean only for the body; machine-wash the detachable patches separately. Chest carries institute initial, back has batch year or dept name — built to look good five years from now, not just at placement week.

• Do you ship to IIT Madras campus and hostels?

  Yes — we deliver to all IIT Madras hostels including Cauvery, Sabarmati, Mandakini, Ganga, Godavari and the rest of the river-named dorms. Standard delivery to Chennai takes 3–5 business days. Address your parcel clearly with hostel name and room number; the campus gate accepts regular courier parcels, so no special clearance is needed.

• When is IIT Madras convocation — can I get merch in time?

  IIT Madras convocation is typically held in July — the 62nd Convocation was on July 11, 2025. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before the ceremony to allow for production and standard 3–5 day Chennai delivery. For bulk graduation-group orders, reach out to us 3–4 weeks ahead for guaranteed on-time delivery.

• Do you sell Saarang or Shaastra merch?

  We're not the official vendor for Saarang (IIT Madras's cultural fest, running since 1974) or Shaastra (the tech fest since 2000), but we carry year-round IIT Madras-themed tees, hoodies and accessories. They make great souvenirs for fest season or any time you want to rep the campus.
